How Do Binaural Beats Induce An Out of Body Experience ?

1. During the normal waking hours of the day, the brain usually operates in a frequency range of 13 to 40 Hz (which we call beta brainwaves).

2. When we dream, are in a deep meditative state or undergoing an out of body experience, the frequency range of the brain has slowed down to between 4 an 7 Hz (theta brainwaves).

3. It is possible to willingly induce this type of altered state of consciousness by using the simple tool of binaural beats. They are sound waves that influence the brain to enter the theta frequency mode (in the case of a recording designed for out of body experiences).
